DG Cortex sends a single, one-time SMS containing a link to download our mobile app, only when you verbally request it during a call with our voice agent. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS. You can also revoke consent verbally on any future call, or email privacy@dg-cortex.com.

How do I get the DG Cortex app?
Call our voice agent at the number provided. During the call, ask for the download link. Once you verbally confirm you'd like it, we'll send a single SMS to the phone number you called from with the download link.
I didn't receive the SMS — what now?
Check that your phone can receive SMS from short and long codes, and that you have not previously replied STOP to our messages. If you still don't receive the message, email support@dg-cortex.com and we'll resend manually.
I replied STOP by accident. How do I opt back in?
Call our voice agent again and verbally request the link. We'll re-send the SMS only after a fresh verbal consent.
Will I get marketing or recurring messages?
No. We only send the one-time download link you requested. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email privacy@dg-cortex.com from the address associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
